We wanted to remove few walls, to improve the main floor layout, to our bungalow in Etobicoke. Rocco knows the how.we had a contractor that couldnt determine the joists direction to establish, which wall is load bearing. Rocco made a walk through out the house, basement and stuck his head in the attic and confirmed as mentioned during the site visit and sketched out the possible structural elements design.
