Building Permit & Committee of Adjustment from City of Toronto
This is our first time working with Rocco. We've worked with other architectural technologists in the past, and so we have some experience with building permits & drawings from the City of Toronto.
For our most recent project, we interviewed architects and technologist, and in the end decided on Rocco. We now have all our permits, including CoA, and our experience with Rocco was excellent.
He is extremely knowledgeable and pragmatic about construction and the process to get building permits from the city. In the early stages or our permit application, Rocco walked us through various options of how to approach our project, with consideration of our timelines and cost as well as the most direct & straightforward path to get our permits. And because of his working style, it was very clear and easy for us to make our decisions for our floorplans, extension, layouts, mechanical, etc.
During the entire process and up to the granting of the final permit from the city, Rocco was responsive to our emails and texts. It's been a pleasure working with him.
