I quoted from 4 companies including a big "ConstXXX ComXXX" company who just promised to try their best to spray 8 bags of glass fiber. We felt strange.

While Mark's company did it with 25 bags cellulose, and the bag is in the big size. The prices has only 10% difference with additional R60 compared to R50.

Job was done very clean, almost every part of the area exposed to the job was covered before hand.

I was looking for a contractor to improve the attic insulation for my 30-year old house. Mark and his company were highly recommended by my friend. I made an appointment with Mark for on-site assessment. He came on time. Mark entered to the attic to assess the existing insulation conditions and conducted necessary measurements. He is very nice and answered all my questions about how to improve the insulation. I got quotes from Mark and other contractors, and eventually selected Mark's company to do the work. His staff John and John came on time to prepare the work area. They covered floors and vacuumed he area after the work was done. The work was well done. It was pleasant experience working with Mark and his staff.

Met Mark Connor at the Durham (Whitby) Home Show in April 2018 where we discussed home insulation issues. A home visit was arranged. Mark examined the attic of our 35 year old home, and offered several opinions and possible solutions to our chilly rooms problem this past winter. We agreed on the work to be done including a wiring issue with a bathroom ceiling fan. Within one week Mark's staff arrived to repair the wiring issue and have the minimal attic insulation brought up to R60 standards by blowing in a deep blanket of cellulose. Mark's staff were on time, on task, polite and answered all our questions. They did a great job cleaning up before leaving for their next job.

Mark and his crew did an awesome job insulating our attic and installing a new bathroom fan! We really did feel a difference the first night!! And I've never experienced such a quiet fan!

Mark was efficient in quoting us and following up with any questions we asked. He also set up the process for the GreenON rebate. Just waiting for the cash back now.

Had ice build up over the winter that was getting to the point of concern. spoke to Mike Connor Envirotech Services at the homeshow and made an appointment to see what was happening. Discovered there needed to be more insulation put in. The 2 men arrived on time, were very polite and cleaned up when they were done . Mark and his crew a top professionals. I had Envirotech install cellulose in my attic to a minimum R60 and 20 or so rafters vents. The Envirotech crew came in and got it done in great time with no mess. They also installed some batt insulation and weather stripping on the hatch door. From start to finish Envirotech was great to work with. Thanks Mark!

Mark is very nice & responsive, and takes the time to answer all questions. The service techs that installed the insulation were very polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves.
