Roadrunner Bins Inc

Needing a bin, I searched the internet and selected Roadrunner Bins because their well-designed website projected a clean, knowledgeable, honest image ... and I was particularly impressed with the company's support of the Wish Foundation. Doris was pleasant on the telephone and very helpful with down-to-earth details which resulted in the selection of what turned out to be exactly the right-size bin for my disposal project. Neil arrived with the bin at the scheduled time, expertly placing it perfectly without damaging the tree or wrought-iron fence that closely defined my driveway, He then leveled it to make access easier when loading the debris. Neil was pleasant, positive, and informative and had a sense of humour. This was tested the next morning when he came to pick up the bin and discovered the lifting mechanism on his truck wasn't working, forcing him to a cross-Toronto trip for what turned out to be a very simple wiring repair. Several hours later, we enjoyed a good laugh and amiable conversation before he left with the loaded bin. I told him, "Neil, it's been a great pleasure being personally served by the President of the Company ... you and your wife, Doris, make a good team ... you're good people providing an excellent service. I like dealing with honest, hardworking business people who also exercise social responsibility. You are inspirational and definitely helping make the world a better place. "
