Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us! We are plumbers but we understand the point it up here, floors, drywall; to get to the plumbing system we have time to time take the floor out, cut the walls and as per policy at every company we cannot repair that just because plumbers are not so great and don't have proper tools for those patches. Anta take responsibility time to time to assist clients put tiles back or at least screw the drywall back to make client life little simpler. We are happy that you bring this issue up, we have a lot of calls regarding this part of the repair and we wish plumbers will be carpenters and painters at the same category as their qualification! Thank you so much for your review. Having frozen pipes are a very troublesome problem during our freezing winters. But what is even worse are dealing with frozen pipes that get thawed out and then they start leaking because of the extreme pressure the pipes had to endure while frozen. It is best once it has been realized that your pipes are frozen, call a plumbing company (preferably AnTa Plumbing :)) to thaw these pipes immediately. If these pipes are frozen too long it may cause the pipe to burst. Which at the end of it all costs more money for you (the home owner), which we want to prevent. As home owners ourselves we know how it feels to pay a price for a service that could have been avoided. Thank you for your raving review, it is horrible when a company you put your faith in lets you down. It is very hard to find really good and reputable companies these days. But not only is it the servicing company who are the ones who make the service great, it is also the customers who hire them. Providing service for a customer is a relationship, it could be a bad one where the two parties do not respect and value each other or it can be a good one where both parties look forward to talking and seeing each other. We train our technicians to treat our customers with the highest respect and in such a friendly manner you'd think we were your friends from high school! We also try our best to have our technicians at their appointment on time but if not then earlier. If it happens that appointments run late, we then call the customer to advise of our technicians tardiness. We make sure our technicians are trained to be the most clean and professional. Igor is not just a technician, he has university degree which makes him to be more knowledgeable, more responsible. Your situation was not easy to solve. Just an experience and patience will be able to find right solution to not make additional not necessary repairs, spend your time and still have a problem. It was very interesting case, we love hard puzzles. It makes us believe that our program to send plumbers to colleges and universities is very important part of our training.
