We purchased an older home and was grateful that we had John check it out. He gave honest feedback that he backed up with his in depth knowledge and experience. At the last minute my husband couldn't make it to the inspection and I was worried because I'm not very well versed in "house stuff". But John was very patient and answered all my questions and explained everything so that I was able to understand completely. I now feel like I "know" the house I purchased. The inferred camera was very impressive. It was so sensitive, it detected my footprints because of the body heat! A house inspection would not be complete without it! I was even more impressed with the electronic house inspection report we got the very next day. It was in depth, detailed and complete with pictures and links to get additional information if needed.
