Tony O'donnell And Sons

This is my 2nd project with these gentlemen. The first was in the neighbourhood of $1600.00
The work performed was done expertly and quickly and at a very competitive price by a father and son with a great attitude. We will use their services on future projects.

Tony and his son Ben did a great job, leaving the site clean which was noted by my customer.
They did a large master ensuite whirlpool jetted tub, shower, vanities, toilet, etc on time and within budget.
They are clean, professional, on time and on budget.
We will most definitely be using them in the near future.
Once again I greatly appreciate your assistance and dedication.

For 3 out of 4 years in house, had experienced break of water pipe behind inside wall leading to backyard faucet -- pipe was in corner of room and very difficult to access. Tony not only expertly repaired the broken pipe (as others before him had also done) but also determined that root problem was leaky basement shut off valve. Was so impressed with his service and knowledge, I had him replace all shut off valves and faucets. Also important, he showed up when he said he would and took as long as he thought he would. Excellent!

The dishwasher in our new home was roughed in (not connected to our plumbing system). Tony was extremely prompt and courteous, and had our dishwasher hooked up in no time. We also had him come back to troubleshoot a leaky washing machine issue., which he did very efficiently. We will continue to rely on Tony and his team whenever we need plumbing work done.

Tony really impressed me on his first visit in August 2011 with his knowledge of hydronic systems and suggested ways to get two basement radiators working. He would come back in September with a low water cutoff valve to get our boiler to comply with municipal code and to get water flowing through the radiators. The first September appointment was cancelled when he got stuck at another job waiting for the city inspector to show up -- no problem -- I understood. He said he would call back the following week to rebook. He didn't call, so I called him and spoke to one of his sons, who said we would call back to reschedule, but never did. I called again -- the same thing happened. Having spent several weeks trying to book an appointment, I went with another service, as we must meet code very soon or have our gas shut off. Too bad. I liked Tony and his sons -- very affable and knowledgeable. But they seem disorganized when it comes to maintaining appointments and didn't follow-up on verbal commitments they made to this customer -- I had to keep calling them, to no avail.

I found this company using Homestars and selected them based on recommendations by other users.

I found these guys to be professional, friendly and courteous with me and each other. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and everything went perfectly. The left the bathroom clean.

I found their price very reasonable.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them highly to others looking for plumbers. A+

I found Tony O'Donnell and Sons through this forum - as a general contractor I strive to find sub-contractors whose pricing is fair as well as someone I can feel comfortable working with as well as feel comfortable when they are in homes of my customers.

I have an older house and the outside hose faucet needed to be replaced. When I was removing the old faucet with a plumbing wrench, the copper pipe leading to the inside of the house broke. I called Tony O'Donnell and Sons to bail me out. Tony arrived with his son and they soon had a new pipe installed and the faucet was working as good as new. Thanks Tony for a good job at a fair price!

These guys were great. Simple job, straight-forward and very prompt service, absolutely no concerns or problems. Would hire again or recommend in a heartbeat. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Tony & Sons is a great find! After calling various "bigger name" companies and getting either voice mail or an unfulfilled promise to have someone call me back, I called Tony. He answered right away, gave me a quote over the phone and told me just to let him know when we wanted the work done. When set a date and tony arrived on time and completed the dishwasher hook-up (new drain and feed lines) very quickly. We had no idea what was wrong with the washing machine other than it was leaking but Tony solved that problem almost instantaneously and it seemed like he was gone moments after he arrived. I would recommend Tony & Sons to everyone! Thanks again Tony!
