It was a long weekend and we had plenty of family over, which resulted in a high volume of bathroom use.
"Then it happened" our entire home bathrooms, kitchen and laundry backed up with sewage. We called 4 local area plumbers and nobody but Drain Medic Plumbing answered our call. The man's name was "Richard" and after explaining our situation, he said he would come immediately". My husband and I were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. It was also late on a Sunday evening @ 10 pm.
