They weren't able to come the first day as I didn't call until after 4:00 and they were fully booked for that day. Andrew came the next day and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend their work for any emergency plumbing needs.

I hired Canadian Rooter for a basement sewage line replacement and back flow valve installation; and I must say I was quite impressed. The team was professional, prompt, and efficient. The first stage - of the assessment, quote and permit application was seamless. Naz in particular handled all of the details and kept me well informed throughout. Of course, the permit approval process with the City took more time than I preferred, but that was of not fault of the team. The second phase and actual work itself was scheduled quickly and completed in a very timely manner. They kept the work space very tidy, such that you wouldn't even have known a massive trench was dug and significant demolition took place. Naz even facilitated the rebate application in the aftermath. Would highly recommend for future projects.
