rough-in for bathroom and kitchen

bathroom and kitchen rough-in.
old bathroom was gutted and before putting up the walls, the plumbing had to be roughed in. This company did most of the work. We finished the rest.

rough-in for bathroom and kitchen

Vlad and his team of plubmers came to do a rough-in for a bathroom and kitchen.
Existing plumbing existed for the previous bathroom, but it needed to be updated to account for the new bathroom (vanity, shower, and toilet), and kitchen (sink and dishwasher).

after the contract was signed, Vlad wanted another 655.50 to install the water shut off valve for the shower. The item installed is actually called a rough-in valve but Public Plumbing did not consider it part of the contract. I agreed to the addition cost.

The job could not be completed because of a missing diverter valve.

After the valve arrived, Public Plumbing did not come when they said they would. Did not return my call. Did not call to say they were not coming.

The job had to be finished by others. Much of the work that public plumbers did had to be adjusted because all the location depth for the shower valve, handheld shower nozzle feed were not at the right height.

This work had to be completed by others.

In the end, the work that was done was not correct. The work contracted for was never completed.

The prices paid were high.

Would I use public plumbing again? Never. Why would I pay such high prices for the expectation of poor workmanship and incomplete work.
