I was having trouble with a clogged kitchen sink so I called a couple of other companies with great reviews in HomeStars. It seemed they were not interested in a small job so they would just not book me in right away and just keep me waiting, which was really frustrating.
I called Public Plumbing and they sent someone right away. The technician who came was very professional; explained everything over the phone and in writing, and my sink was fixed. I was impressed by the level of customer service. I am recommending the company to my friends and will be calling them for future plumbing needs.
