It was critical to have some inside galvanized pipes replaced in a new home so that my insurance co would agree to provide coverage. We decided at the same time to replace the existing lead pipe watermain. Naz was very clear in describing the work to be done, and the risks, and was very accommodating in scheduling the work to meet the insurance co deadline. He also insisted that we get permission from the owner of the neighbouring property in case their land had to be disturbed or intruded upon.
The crew arrived on time, completed the work on schedule and cleaned up efficiently. One small hitch in the type of piping installed inside was resolved very quickly with no complaints. All in all a good experience.
