Naz, the owner of Canadian Rooter, came to my home for an emergency visit after my husband found water in the basement. He quickly diagnosed the problem - tree roots in the pipes. He was able to start the work right away, saving our basement from more water damage. His quote for pipe replacement and water proofing was fair and his crew of 5-6 guys finished the work on time. They took care of everything from start to finish (including moving the heavy items out of the basement, submitting forms for a city rebate and dealing with insurance).
Naz himself was amazing - helpful, polite, respectful, honest and fair.
And a big bonus was how respectful his crew was to our home. They treated it like it was their own, cleaning up before they left each day.
