Hamid upgraded our alarm system a few days ago. We were a little bit anxious at first, since we didn’t know him and prefer to work with referrals and friends & family. However, despite this preference, we went with our gut and booked an appointment.

Hamid has a very calm and relaxed demeanor which helped relieve any anxiety we were feeling. By the manner in which he treated us, we felt like he was a member of our family and his recommendations were based on what he would have done to secure his own home. We appreciate his time and knowledge in tailoring a custom solution that fit our budget. He also went above and beyond by giving us a discount, throwing in extra protection and Hamid even paid out of his own pocket to reimburse us when he found out two days later that our previous alarm company was still charging us for one more month.

We are very pleased with Hamid’s service and after care. He is a great man!
