Refrigerator wasn't cooling. Matthew new immediately what the problem was and was able to correct the problem without needing a part. Extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. I would call them again for any type of service.

Matthew quickly diagnosed the issues, ordered the parts that needed replacement on both the range and the washer, and then returned within the promised 3-4 business days with the new parts. He was careful not to scratch our hardwood floor and replaced the parts that died with the new ones promptly.

Dryer stopped working - a board was blown. As usual, Matt was honest in his opinion of repair vs purchase of a new appliance. He strongly felt that in this instance it was worthwhile to repair the dryer. As soon as the part came in an appointment was scheduled. Excellent, efficient and tidy workmanship.

I could not be happier with the service from Pro Appliance. I quickly got an appointment, then on the day of the appointment, I got a phone call from the service technician to inform me he would arrive within 20-30 minutes.

He looked at my stove, took me to my breaker panel to try to shut of the stove breaker and turn it back on to reset the stove hoping that would solve the problem; lucky for me, problem solved! Otherwise it would have been an expensive repair. I am absolutely certain that many other companies would not have been so honest and would have replaced parts unnecessarily.

I am thrilled with Pro Appliance and have put their fridge magnet right on the front of my fridge for future appliance repair needs.

I was also told that they sell appliances too so, if a repair was too costly, I can buy a new appliance from them too.
