Matthew tried to fix the problem as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. Unfortunately, he has to order new parts from the States so we are currently waiting for those to arrive. I appreciate Matthew's honesty and professionalism.

Matthew is a very personalble and knowledgble person. I have had several appliances repair and he has never steered me wrong. Great friendly and timely service. We have used them several times and will continue to do so. They were always on time and always cleaned up after they left. We also had a choice of payment methods.

Accidentally damaged the boot liner when a jacket got caught. Called Pro-Appliance through a referral from another company on homestars. Matt came and diagnosed the problem. He Gave me options and time to decide. The part we needed was on backorder from the manufacturer so had to wait. I had the pros and cons of our decision explained and decided to go forward with the repair. Matt came back and fixed the problem in less time than expected and below the estimated cost.

Loud bagging noise when spinning. Repairman was efficient, knowledgable and honest. He determined there was no issue just what I had placed in the washer. He did repair a slight issue with the vent.
