Our "problem" - Our fridge was not keeping things cold, and the freezer would freeze things, then thaw, then refreeze.
We heard of Pro Appliance through my mom. When I called Pro Appliance, I wasn't sure if they would be able to help, as our fridge is a very uncommon make. The incredibly friendly receptionist took all my my information, and Matthew called me back within just a few hours to schedule an appointment. When Matthew arrived at our house, he was professional and friendly. Upon looking at our fridge, he was able to determine the problem almost immediately. He told us he would make a phone call to get the necessary part (a new fan), and call for the appointment to install it. The part ended up being difficult to find, but Matthew did not take no for an answer from his suppliers and after a few phone calls he was able to find it for us. When he called to tell us that he had found the part, he was clear with exactly how much the part would cost, as well as the full money back guarantee on the part if it did not solve the problem. He also recommended that we also look to see the price of a new fridge to be sure we wanted to fix the problem rather than replacing the appliance. Matthew was not at all pushy. He did not try to "force" us to repair our appliance, and allowed us ample time to research and make an informed decision. We decided to repair the fridge and Matthew was able to return to our house very quickly. On a total side note, while Matthew was at our house he also answered a random question we had about our new front load washer and dryer. He had no problem spending a little extra time with us to answer our questions, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a great experience with Pro Appliance. We would use them again for sure, and would recommend them to our friends and family.
