This is a copy of the e-mail to Mike this morning - might as well share it as could not say it better here than what I said to him directly.

"Just wanted to express my thanks for what you did and the time you took yesterday on my "stuff".
It was very very helpful and I appreciate you going outside your normal customer base to service an old retired pensioner.
It was a pure delight to have you both here and have the conversations that we did.
You, and how you conduct your business, is a credit to your chosen craft. The impression you make in today's society is remarkable. You should be proud of how you do business but also what you did (and are going to do) for me."

Mike was here a little over two hours. His expertise shown in that time was remarkable. His manner of dealing with you is like dealing with an old friend. I know nothing about this stuff and yet he never spoke down to me in our conversations about what we should achieve. He is coming back to finish this projct once a new part comes in. I can't wait to have him here again.

We worked with Mike at Toronto Home Theater, to plan, layout and install a home entertainment system in my family room and to set-up zones for our music throughout the house. This was a complicated, custom job that included the installation of invisable speakers in our wall - can't see them (my wife loves that) and they sound great. Mike was timely, professional and on budget. Whenever we ran into a problem or a snag, Mike came up with creative solutions. It was a treat to work with Mike and Toronto Home Theater. I have recommended them to several other people who I understand also had positive experiences. Finally, after the job was over, Mike was still accessable and available to trouble shoot any problems we had. All and all a great experience.

we used mikes company on our complete basement rennovation, including an awesome home theater system and multi room audio throughout the house. Mike came in to help resolve some issues with the set up of my 50 inch plasma television, which had been installed and wired by another company during our recent renovations. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in resolving a wiring problem that had persisted for quite some time. Mike was relentless about solving this issue and went above and beyond to discover the root of my problem. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Mike and his team.

We had a 52" TV that we mounted on a concrete pillar in our condo, and we wanted it on an articuable mount. Mike from Toronto Home Theater did the job for us, and we couldn't be happier with not only the installation, but the service as well. Mike was a total pro, and was upfront and honest the whole time. Mike did a great job providing and installing our home theatre system. He made great recommendations for getting the best sound for the best price and even told me where I could purchase one of the components on my own for a better price. The job included 2 built-in speakers. They performed the work well, quickly, for a fair price and cleaned up after so there was nothing to do but enjoy the system.
I would definitely use them again.

We moved in and there was no TV outlet on the main floor and basement. They were able to come in quickly and install a new outlet on both the main floor and basement. I'll be using them when we redo our basement for a home theater. I would highly recommend them.
