First off, Mike and his company were referred to me from a friend who was also very satisfied ( and impressed ) with his experience with Toronto Home Theater, and suggested that I might want to speak with Mike about getting rid of the 6 remote controls on my coffee table. I left a message at the office and Mike returned my call within 5 minutes and arranged to come to my home later that evening to set me up. I can honestly say that the most important part of my entire experience was the way that Mike took the time to explain to me in terms that anyone can understand, how the remote works and how to properly use it. The extra 15 minutes that he took to walk me through the main parts of the remote made it 100% worth the cost of the remote and the service call. I have not been happier with anything that I have bought for my entertainment system. Mike and Toronto Home Theater really seemed more interested in helping me with what I actually needed than trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and it's nice to see that type of service still exists!
- Approximate cost of services:
- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Nothing. I am 100% happy.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Although $400+ is a tough amount to cough up for a remote control, it really is worth every penny for it's ease of use.

Thanks very much Rick! We are pleased that you are enjoying your new remote and how much easier it makes it for you and your family to enjoy your system. Although not everyone will require a remote with the features that yours required ( being able to work through doors and walls ) it is important for people to realize that there are solutions out there for everyone, most at much lower prices! Enjoy and thanks again for your praise!
