In addition to the required work, Mike discovered receiver component had failed and did a work around. Shortly thereafter we set up a new internet modem which required more work. Mike returned, did the programing remotely (so I didn't have to leave work) and did not charge for this service. I highly recommend Mike and his team - very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Mike!
