Adel was courteous, kind, helpful, informative, and gave me the sense of security in the job.
The work was done to my satisfaction at a price lower than others had quoted. & the service and support was far superlative to any of its competitors. I highly recommend this company when sending area rugs out to be cleaned! Ours were old, dirty, Persians--alone with a very dirty, thick pile, popcorn rug. Our house is now clean and fresh. Adel helped us put our rugs back in place and moved our furniture back where we wanted it. We will use this service again. You should too! /ml

I called 416 So Clean after I tried, but failed to remove some stains from my hallway carpet. Matthew made no false promises - he told me that I had likely damaged the carpet beyond repair (even by him!) by using "drugstore" products that are not safe for all carpets, and, unfortunately mine! I respected his honesty and was impressed with his efforts to try and restore the carpet to the best it could be! I was very happy with the service!

Matthew did an excellent job quickly and professionally. The berber carpets look like new, I was amazed he was able to make some problem spots disappear. For 2500 sq. ft of carpet, the job was reasonably priced and done right. Thanks again Matthew.

Phoned ahead, on time, Matthew was very pleasant. Brought a leather chair back to life, cleaned kid gunk off a sofa, got dog gunk out of the area rug. Everything looks great. Excellent service, satisfied customer.

We chose 416-So Clean on Homestars because we were impressed by their great reviews here. We were very happy with their work, they were very thorough in the cleaning but very effecient in time. They were honest because they actually gave us the credit of the work that was over-estimated in the quote. We would use them again and would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Found Adel on Home Stars and picked him based on his outstanding reviews here. Called the week before Xmas 2010 hoping that we could get a very large sectional cleaned for the holidays. Adel was able to fit us in. The sectional (microsuede) in question was bought secondhand and the stains and what appeared to be water rings were not noticed until we brought the piece home. Adel arrived on time, performed a detailed inspection and then gave us a honest report on what we could expect not knowing the details of the stains and if anyone had tried to clean prior. We chose to go ahead as we wanted to have the peace of mind that the furniture would be clean even if the stains stayed on. Adel was very thorough with his cleaning processes and the end result was outstanding! The stains were completely removed and the fabric was bright like new. At this point we chose the fabric protection and now today, 2 months later the sectional looks great, the stains did not come back as they sometimes do. Also at the time of cleaning we had just had new hardwood floors installed and Adel took amazing care not to damage the floors in any way. The workmanship, service and knowledge that Adel provides is not often seen these days and I highly recommend him. Thanks Adel!

I had organised for 416-SO-Clean to clean my condo's carpet. My condo made a mistake and only booked the elevator and not loading ramp/bay.

416-SO-Clean came to my condo and tried there hardest to contact me. Unfortunately I couldn't organise parking by the end of the day and I had to hand back my keys. 416-SO-Clean were so nice and understanding, as they didn't charge me anything, even though they came to my place. I would use them again however my new house doesn't have carpet. I really appreciated their service and understanding so I wanted to write this really nice review to say THANK YOU.
