SO-CLEAN

Our carpets were as dirty as ever after not being cleaned once for 3-4 years. We were at a point where we were going to have our son's baby shower soon in upcoming days, and guests from the Arizona, USA were going to come the next week. We called 416-SO-CLEAN and they had assisted us on one of the jobs that needed to be done before this event. And this was high priority since our carpets were dirtier than ever. The crew was very punctual and were able to deliver right on time. Prices didn't seem to high, but moreover very reasonable with the services i received. Followup was done by Ruby and she had done a great job. Great Work!

This is the second time 416-SO-CLEAN has come to my rescue :)
I called 416-SO-CLEAN in a panic this morning because my cat had decided to urinate (or maybe spray) on my sofa.
Ruby (the receptionist) was incredible. She moved mountains for me and was able to arrange to have someone out to us within 2hrs.
Matthew (upholstery technician) arrived on time and was very thorough. He work diligently on the sofa paying close attention to the spots that had been soiled. The whole job was done within 45min and the sofa is as good as new!!!!
Ruby even followed up a few hours later to be sure we were happy and said that if there was any hint of a smell that lingered we should call back to have it retreated.
I have been in customer service for 16 years and I am thoroughly impressed by the team at 416-SO-CLEAN!!!!

The technician was well mannered and efficient and worked quickly with minimal intrusiveness to us as a family. He completed the job in good time and clearly and courteously explained the aftercare required.

Workers were very courtesy, polite and knowledgeable Arrive on time as per appointment. My hardwood floors were protected with dropsheets and my house was left the way they found it. Job took approximately 1.5hrs. Workers showed me the condition of my system and took time to explain the job to me. I was very happy with the service and price was competitive with other companies in the area.
I recommend everyone to get the dryervent cleaned when they have the duct system cleaned. I was overly surprised what was removed from my dryervent and from my dryer exhaust.

As part of my to-do list for our new home, I wanted to have the tiles in two bathrooms and the carpet stair runners professionally cleaned. I decided to ask them to clean the carpets in my home because of the reviews I've read on this website. I have family members who are easily allergic/have skin problems from dust and things, especially collected on carpets, and they've noticed a significant improvement after the carpet cleanings. needed some carpets cleaned in a new home, and this company was highly rated here. the service was certainly well provided, the cleaner was on time and very polite. but i wasn't fully thrilled with the result. perhaps some stains could not have come out no matter whom i used, but the cleaner also left cleaning fluid traces on a shag rug. so, all in all, it was fine, but not a top-rated job.
