Exclusive Cleaning Co

Had an amazing Experience with this Company , they have very good ratings in and around Calgary . I have been using them over 3 years . I highly recommend them . On further note you always get negative feedback from dishonest people , Who also try to deceive the Merchant . This company also cleans many of my Clients homes , and are all perfect in Workmanship . Over 113 of my clients use this Exclusive Cleaning ....Dont believe everything you hear from negative comments without clarification behind the story.

Bought a Groupon for $99. Arranged for a cleaning. Confirmed date. The company did not show up. I emailed a complaint of their non-arrival. They did not even have the courtesy to respond. BEWARE.

TERRIBLE!!! Paid $100 for a groupon to have my whole house cleaned. They were over an hour late - said they showed up and no one was home - while i was waiting the whole time. Finally left the key and went out. Came home to my front door unlocked. They had cleaned the main floor but didn't do the floors upstairs, the dusting, etc. i also paid extra to have my fridge and stove cleaned - they money was taken from my counter for both services but neither were cleaned!!! Susan (the owner?) replied to my complaint and said she would personally clean my house later that month. A few days before our appt. I called to confirm the time, etc...as I was doubtful anyone would show up. Sure enough, no one returned my phone calls or emails. Never heard from anyone since. would never let them in my house again.

HORRIBLE!!!! It was like the cleaners came in with blind folds on. There were 2 people (one of which was the owner) that were at our home for 1-1 1/2 hours. We paid for the whole house to be cleaned but they avoided the basement entirely. They argued with my wife about the square footage even when they were proven wrong. They are obviosly only interested in getting our money. The cleaning was terrible, their attitude was terrible and they even told us that they would lein our home if we wouldn't pay. How about fulfilling your website's "satisfaction guarantee" claim?

I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a Groupon, and booked my cleaning about two weeks in advance - I had a housewarming party scheduled so I was having the cleaners come the day before so that my house would be looking good. The appointment was at noon, and at 1:00 nobody had shown up, called or e-mailed. I finally heard back from somebody hours later after I had left two messages and an e-mail and waited around on my day off when I had other things to do. The excuse was that the cleaners couldn't get to my house as the roads were blocked off by cement truck, however I was watching out my windows for the cleaners to arrive and the roads were not completely blocked off - they could have easily made it if they tried - or parked a couple of houses away which wouldn't have killed anybody to walk a little further. However, worse than that when they decided that they weren't going to come, they didn't call or knock on my door they simply took off and didn't let me know that they weren't coming until hours later. When I spoke with the company owner she said that they couldn't re-book and clean my house prior to my party, and when I admitted that I didn't think that the situation was being handled properly and it was bad business she refused to try to make thing better and simply said that it was my prerogative to feel that way. This company is very expensive and not worried about customer service in the least!
