john arnold was recommended to me to do my powder room. his skills are excellent, when it came to hanging, matching and installing the wallpaper. however, two years later, the seams began to open and i have been trying to get him here for the repair. this has been going on since august of this year. after three months of non returned phone calls, and emails, we finally connected. john came by, looked at the issue, and said that he could remedy the problem easily. again, after numerous unanswered calls, john set a date. he didn't show , nor call. i reached him yet again, and set another date. same result., no show, no call. i have no complaint regarding his talent for hanging, but he has shown a complete lack of responsibility and care to the customer regarding follow up. i would not recommend him to anyone.
