An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
l have to say they are doing very good with after service, I bought
sofa set almost 2 year ago, and I moved my new place last week, but my
moving company broke my sofa leg, and leg come off from sofa base, I
understand it is a quite heavy solid wood sofa, the leg was total
damaged, I call lavie service, they arrange to order a new leg for me
from oversea, and it was a express mail from factory, only took few
days, and they did not charge me anything, I been also told they were
willing to send technician to repair it for me for free, consider I
have to wait technician schedule, and it is a quite easy job, then I
refused, and really appreciated their effort. Overall speaking, their
after service is excellent, not like other company, always calculate
expense, if you want to have a good service after you buy furniture,
they are a good one.
