I just want to tell people, they are good at customization. I have a small family room but I really need a small sectional ,BCZ, for sofa set, it is kind of wasting my limited space if I put either an end table between sofa and chair or just leave it empty. So, I talked to Chuck, a tall salesman, he was very patient to help me with my plan, then he help me to get a small compact sectional. I have got my sectionals for a while, and they are perfect in both size and quality. They are a good choice of customization, if you have similar situation like me. Hoping my experience can help you guys.
