I called Nev when I suspected the smell of mold in one of my bathrooms. Before actually coming to my house, he tried to solve my problem over the phone to help avoid any unnecessary costs incurred by me. I eventually asked him to come and conduct his inspection as I did not want to take any chances. He was extremely professional and provided all of the information I needed. He spent as much time as I needed to make sure that I was comfortable with his service. He was also extremely helpful the days and weeks post the inspection by answering any questions I had.
