Nev managed to use thermal equipment and moisture readers to identify the source of the problem -- and it was in an area we totally didn't expect -- during his visit. He explained the technology, showed us the problem and suggested the next steps for fixing the problem. We also used Nev's services to inspect the rest of our home, to which he found other issues of water leakage in an upstairs bedroom, areas of poor insulation and other minor problems to be fixed. Overall, Nev was professional, thorough and most helpful in inspecting our home. I would highly recommend.
