Nev is a true home inspector. Has all the gadgets and tech toys to really do a proper job and most importanlly the education and knowledge of how to use them properly. He was able to find the source of my leak behind a wall with his thermal camera that can see right through the wall. Found some mould in the basement behind the insulation and had recomendations on how to correct the problem.
He is certainly a true professional.
