Absolute joke. Allan does a 45 minute walk through and actually misses all the big ticket items you will need to fix. Do not use him. He will not care that he screwed up. Has no actual credibility in the field. Wouldn't trust him to inspect his own rear end.

I know who you are and your complaints are unfounded because home inspectors do not look for mouse infestations which you found above the drop ceilings. Also we can not see behind walls and do not move all the ceiling tiles, which you did when you found the mice and then found and opening between the foundation and the sill. I offered to open the wall and even make repairs but you did not call me back.
I do care and after over 15,000 inspections in 20 years I only have a few invalid complaints like you.
