delivered and installed incorrect custom ordered blinds- also, installation was not as discussed - elderly parent left with no window coverings for 2 weeks thruout the condo -no apology or compensation for terrible service and upset- they are not custom quality work- will never go near them again and do not recommend them to anyone

After meeting with you in our show room, we thought that you had a clear idea of what the blinds would look like installed in the condo. Although you were unhappy with the operating system, which was exactly how we have it in our show room, we came out at our expense to fix the blinds, and then re-install them to ensure that you were happy with the final product. We always strive to have the highest level of customer service and satisfy our clients. Our apologies that you did not have blinds for two weeks, but we are pleased that you ultimately received the finished product to your liking. In addition, all blinds have a reference number, and a date on the head rail with all the pertaining information that you will need for warranty coverage.
