Mister Plumber

We used Mister Plumber to replace the lead water service to our home. Vlad was very quick to respond when we contacted him regarding a quote. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Vlad was also very responsive via email and was able to schedule the work quickly. The workers arrived promptly in the morning and were done by noon. They were efficient and professional and left the basement and front lawn neat and tidy. We would definitely recommend Mister Plumber for this time of job!

Recently, we had a problem with the drainage behind the washing machine in our condo. I called Andrew, who hass helped up before, and once again we got quick service and a clear explanation of what the problem was. Andrew also recommended a product to keep the pipe clear, which I thought was a class move, considering that's not something that makes any money for him. The service from Mister Plumber is always courteous and professional. We definitely recommend them.

Mr. Plumber was called on 3 different occasions. Andrew came promptly and competently fixed the water main leak, outside faucet and replaced kitchen sink pipes. I have comlete confidence when Andrew shows up that the work will be completed perfectly. He is very customer-service oriented. Thanks Andrew.

Last summer I needed a bathroom sink faucet replaced, and at the same time chose to replace my toilet. Mister Plumber did not quote the cheapest price, but from the short phone conversation we had, they seemed trustworthy, and I went ahead anyway. On the day of the install, the two installers were very friendly and respectful, and gave me good advice about maintenance and other potential problems that might pop up in the future. I'd be happy to choose them again.

Our sewage pipe in the basement started to show signs of blockage. This has been a recurring problem since last fall, the root cause of which is literally the root of a nearby tree. Andrew from Mister Plumber has been taking care of this problem for us. He comes over promptly, prepares a contract with a clearly described scope of work & price, and gets started on it right away. He wears protective covers on his shoes and properly secures the working area where equipment needs to be deployed. He works fast, taking photos of the problem to show us a "before" and "after" comparison, and always cleans up the site after the job is done.

Andrew is very knowledgeable about and proud of his trade, which shows in his excellent professionalism, before, during, after the projects. It's always a pleasure to work with him (and Alex, when he also accompanies him).

(As for this recurring issue, Andrew has made us aware that the faulty pipes need replacement. We are just trying to tide us over until our budget for the replacement work becomes available.)

Sasha was leading the work and have done it perfectly. Mister Plumber had entire job done within 48hrs after we contacted the company. Sasha managed to complete the work without removing any hard wood flooring in our basement. We could not ask for more from price and service perspective. Also important to note that the guys volunteered to do the work even though it was colder than -10 that day.

Had an emergency with a leaking water main at my home and had contacted Vlad who came out the same day within a couple of hours of original contact. The entire team offered excellent service and customer care until the very end. The price was very reasonable and the job was completed in the time frame as what was discussed. I will be using and referring this company in the future. They exceeded my expectations on all aspects.

Thanks to the amazing team at Mister Plumber! Vlod and his team were honest, professional and came as advertised. We hired them to remove lead pipes from our property line to the city and replace with copper.

They were always on time and worked according to their deadlines so we could arrange our work schedules and welcome them inside our home.

Price was right too, and we didn't mind not going for the lowest price because we felt comfortable with Vlod.
