One morning I discovered water on my floor. It was for hole in elecric hot water tank. I could Mister Plumber and plumber arrived in 45 minutes. They had to replace old hot water tank with new one. Vlad and his helper were prompt and polite. Mister Plumber is a great company. I would definitely recommend Mister Plumber to anyone with plumbing problem.

I called six companies and got quotes for my plumbing work. Mister Plumber gave me detailed explanation about what must be done and their price was good. Work was done professionally and on time.

I can highly recommend this company " Mister Plumber " .

I have nice tenants living in what used to be our father's home, a small bungalow. My tenant called to say when they had a shower or used the kitchen sink water was pouring out the bottom of the toilet in the main bathroom.
I called ANOTHER company and the assessment was the toilet was clogged and should be ok for a while (maybe 6 months), but eventually the 'old iron stack' may need to be replaced (estimate $4,800. + HST, 2 day job, including ripping out a 3'x4' hole in the newly renovated bathroom wall). He charged $378.00 and did not check if the problem was sorted out by running the shower....next morning same problem! I called this company back and they said they would have to charge me again (for use of the camera and removing the toilet as he had done the day before). So, I decided to look for another company...
I found MISTER PLUMBER and spoke to IGOR. He seemed to understand the problem, came over that day, confirmed the 'stack needed to be replaced...1day job, no damage to the bathroom wall, $2,000 (+HST).
Next day...the job was finished by 5:30 pm, no damage to the bathroom, and I SAVED! $2,800 (before HST!) They showed me the 'old stack' which had so much build up over 60 years that the 3" (diameter) stack had an opening the size of a quarter, amazing this problem didn't happen sooner.
I am so thankful that I found IGOR. His confident assessment was reassuring, and he came through...JOB WELL DONE and at a huge savings to me! My tenants were so pleased that this job was done so efficiently with little inconvenience to them.
My advice...get a couple of over-the-phone estimates first (even if it is an emergency like mine...it could save you time and money in the long run!)...but make sure MISTER PLUMBER (Etobicoke) is the first company you call!

I have already called the Co. back for a problem at my home that is not an emergency and will be seeing Vlad.

Mister Plumber was punctual, performed a very professional work. on time and very clean. He did a careful inspection of the installation after completion. He only replaced the necessary parts.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to all my friends.

To start with of the ten Plumbing companies that I called for quotes, only six of them arrived to look at it, and only one of them (Mister Plumber) bothered to deliver a written detailed quote. Plumbers will only deliver quotes if they like the project and think that thy can profit by doing so.
Mister Plumber workers were courteous, and their work, just like their quote, was on time, and on Budget. This project was big, and complicated, and involved cleaning out the water pipe network of debris in a newly renovated four unit building with separate utilities. Often plumbing companies prefer to do simple jobs, and aren't interested in quoting on complicated ones at all.
