Mister Plumber

I live in old house in Toronto. Recently guys from City of Toronto came and wanted to install a water meter, but because My water underground pipe was very old and rusty, they could not install. I was advice to replace it. Then I checked homestars.com and found company Mister Plumber. I used them before, couple years ago. I have chosen Mister Plumber because they have score 10 out of 10. Other companies have 9.8 or 9.9 that means there are some people who are not completely satisfied with their service. Honestly, I do not want to be one of those people.
So, again, I have chosen Mister Plumber and I was right. They take care of every client to be satisfied, work was done within one day as promised and all working area was cleaned- up perfectly. Very good company. For anybody in Toronto who needs to replace underground lead pipe I highly recommend Mister Plumber!

Vladimir did work for us in our old house a few years ago. We have moved and I just used Vladimir again for a plumbing issue. He is always very helpful....he made the appointment quickly and at a convenient time, arrived on time and completed the work well. He was neat in our home and the price was fair. I am very please with the service and highly recommend him.

Called Vlad to give me a quote and agreed on a date. They came on time and did the job, and cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend Mr Plumber.

Like the service. Called Vlad, right after obtaining 2 quotes from another contractors. He came on time, explained it all and proposed to dig outside instead, cost would be the same. I liked the idea very much. He obtained a building permit and next day guys started. It took 2 days as he promised. Like the punctuality of his very much. I knew that there are no good service or goods for cheap price - I again, life shown me that I was right. Previous contractors that gave us a quote was much cheaper, but I knew that there would a problems with them, cause it can't be that cheap and can't be done within one day. It took boys 2 days with an inspection from the city - good job !!! Russ

Vlad reconnected our dishwasher after it had been removed for another contractor to put down tiles. He also reattached the spring to keep the door from falling down, without our asking, which happened often in the past. We're very happy with the service.

Called Mister Plumber (Vlad) on Sunday night about the water leak between inside waterline shut off to outside waterline and got a quote on Monday morning.The crew came on tuesday at 7am to start the work and my problem is solved by 4pm. Very professional and know what we are going though with our problem.I would recommend them to any home owner. Thanks again for the speedy and great service. Tommy

Had a clogged toilet that also kept running. Called, they squeezed me in a few hours, even called 20 mins to say he was coming (nice touch!). Showed up on time, was very pleasant and came in under the price quoted on the phone. What else could I ask for?

We had a problem with our water mixer valve on the water heater which was rather complicated. Thanks to Volodymyr showing up the same day and fixing the problem quickly. We couldn't find anybody else who was reasonably priced. Volodymyr was accomodating, affordable and very polite. He really knows his stuff, and that made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely call him back if we have any other plumbing issues in the future.
