I contacted Professional Roofers after reading their reviews and noticing their crews working in my neighbourhood. Adam's (the estimator) assessment determined the initial scope of work from the aerial photos taken by a drone. Once the crew was working on the roof, Fernando (quality control manager) was quick to advise me of an issue with the pointing on the chimney. It meant that they would need to return to redo the flashing around the base of the chimney after the masonry was dealt with. Also, in replacing the roof vents, the lack of attic insulation was revealed. This was unexpected, but Fernando provided a detailed explanation of what they could do to address the deficiency. I felt confident that his reasonable quote for this service would be money well spent. All this was quickly scheduled and completed without delay. This company is prompt, professional and courteous. I am impressed with their easy communication and follow up.

We have a heritage Victorian Row House with multiple flat and sloping roofs. Professional Roofers just finished our 5th and 6th roofs with them as well as a new flat garage roof, and new insulation for our attic.

When I needed a new roof, Professional Roofers were not the cheapest but when I compared what they were quoting with others, they were competitive. I needed a regular roof and a flat roof. They arrived the day that they said they would and completed the work on time. Leandro came several time to make sure that everything was properly done. I am very pleased with the work.

Alfredo was our estimator, and he was as the company name reflects - professional. Every step of the way he let us know what to expect, when to expect it, and left nothing up in the air. We saw drone footage of the roof and my husband also went up to have a look with him at the final product. Alfredo was friendly, personable, and efficient. One bonus is that the company has a policy that only the estimator is to contact the client. Therefore, none of the workers are to come to your door, etc. All around a much more positive experience than I anticipated.

Professional Roofers are full value for their name. They are nothing if not "Professional". I can only echo the many positive reviews they've received. We had them replace old, leaky shingles with high wind resistant shingles and top up the attic insulation. Alfredo and Leandro explained the job in detail and made sure the workmanship was up to expectations. Their team left only after doing a thorough cleanup. We are very pleased and definitely use them again. Bill.

They did an excellent job installing new shingles and fixing minor roof damages and stopped a leaking. The roof looks great and the price was reasonable. Very efficient and quick response. Highly recommend!

I had this company do my eaves, soffits and flashing several years ago. The representative, Sebastian, suggested he could match the existing color of the window frames, etc. As you can see from the attached photos, this was not even close. Sebastian than tried to cover himself and try to persuade me that the color will fade over time and eventually match! Inevitably, I had to hire someone to paint them black, which turned out to be a much better match for our stucco project. Recently, a 6 foot piece of flashing fell off. When I called to ask if it would be possible for someone to put this back up, I was advised by Olga that this 10 minute job would require 2 people and would cost $320.00 because it 'likely fell off due to wind damage and this is not something that is covered by warranty'. Perhaps, but using three 1/2" screws for a 6 foot piece of flashing reflects a very poor installation process and was no doubt the primary reason for it falling off! It's too bad they don't stand behind their work, so I urge you all to do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this company!

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Professional Roofers! We were in the search for a company to replace our roof & add insulation to our attic and were glad we came across Professional Roofers! Alfredo met with us and explained the job in detail, covering every step, including materials, warranty, process, and clean-up and answered all our questions. Leandro, the supervisor, also made sure to inspect the job during the process and once it was done to ensure everything looks good and is done right. He also provided us with photos and guidance going forward.

The team was on time, worked efficiently, cleaned-up during and after the job was completed, and most importantly, delivered an outstanding final product.

A home in the Annex area of TO. Needed some repairs of both flat and angled shingled roof (3 roofs total on the home) that were mismanaged in the past. I had called a number reputable and highly rated and referred companies in the GTA but the one that stood out ahead of the rest was Professional Roofers and in particular Diego who was my point of contact.

The interactions by phone, text, email were timely, professional, accurate and courteous. They explained options and their pricing and also why there seemed to be large ranges in quotes from other companies. I believe this is key when working and hiring a company - amiable professional communication and trust especially for repeat business and referrals.

Diego made himself available even when I was in different time zones. He answered all questions and concerns i bought forward. He provided ample referrals/testaments, and always thanked me for taking the time to connect and for choosing Professional Roofers. I felt comfortable working with Diego and his team. Diego is a consummate professional and I believe represents his colleagues, workers, company and trade/craft well.

Their work has been completed ahead of projected timelines and all seems to be in order and the followup has been excellent in terms of communication, quality inspection and ensuring the roofs are doing what they are supposed to do. I am happily surprised at their willingness to make sure the client is happy and taken care of.

Being a woman dealing with anything to do with home reno companies is a special kind of hell. I sought out multiple quotes and talked to many companies seeking some reliable roofers to redo the very damaged shingles and do some other minor roof repairs on our newly purchased home. I received quotes that varied from $600-$11000 for a job that I knew should fall in the midrange of those numbers. Some roofers booked estimates and never showed up, or came to do an estimate and never sent us a quote.
Of all the company representatives that I spoke to, Sebastian from Professional Roofers was the only one who respectfully talked me through the options we were looking at for fixing our roof in a way that felt informative but never condescending. When additional issues were discovered with the roof, Sebastian also explained those and gave us an idea of what it would take to fix them without pressuring or trying to upsell us. He was consistently friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail.
Every step of the process happened when they said it would and if there were schedule-related changes, we were informed in advance. The crew worked very hard and efficiently, had our repair done in one day and cleaned up impeccably afterwards. Leandro, the Quality Control Manager who was onsite with his workers, was very polite, respectful and explained the issues that came up while they were completing the work thoroughly. Our roof looks great and we are comforted by the extensive warranty that Professional Roofers offers. We are very happy with our choice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and to hire them again for future roofing jobs.
