We had Wilson do our roof back in the spring and they were very prompt at every turn - quotes, answering questions, dropping off brochures, etc. When we and our neighbour (job quoted and priced to do both houses) lost shingles in a storm while waiting for the job to be done, they bumped us up to avoid our roof leaking. The guys were all friendly, polite and respectful. The guys on the roof had and used their harnesses. The guys on the ground wore hard hats. I've seen a lot of crews in our neighbourhood over the last few years and this is the first crew that I saw that was that professional in terms of job site safety. There was no blaring music, no swearing - just hard working guys doing a good job. A neighbour came over to say how impressed he was with the crew and the finished work which was done well, as was the clean up. One guy was crouched looking through the hosta leaves by hand to see if any debris had gone in there at the edge of the tarp. They were courteous and accommodating as I came and went during the job. A gust of wind caused a shingle to blow into a window screen and tear it. When I brought it to their attention the next day when they were next door doing the neighbour's roof, they said it was extremely unusual but didn't hesitate to take the screen and have it fixed for us. Not a single complaint. Good price, great people and service. Happy customer!
