Kris's Painting and Popcorn Removal

I recently listed my condo for sale, however, it desperately needed a fresh paint job. The tenants who lived there had a mini stove fire and as such, there were smoke stains on the kitchen wall and ceiling which I couldn't remove. I needed the work done asap so I contacted a few companies to get some quotes. Kris was excellent as he responded right away and gave me a quote very quickly. We communicated via email and Kris was always prompt in answering my questions, including suggesting a suitable paint color to use to make the unit appear bigger. What I really appreciated about Kris was his ability to accommodate my urgent need to get the entire unit painted before it was shown to prospective buyers. He squeezed me into his schedule a couple of days later and was able to complete the job in 1 day!!! The quality was excellent and my realtor has told me the place looks beautiful.
