Complete Condo Trim to Ceiling Paint Job with plenty of wall fixes!!

We recently bought a condo that was previously a rental unit and the walls were in pretty bad shape. Lots of shifting and large cracks along with plenty of nail holes and scratches. Not to mention the trims were all split open. Kris was the only painter to spot the details one by one when he came in. I am pretty picky and wanted an A+ job because that’s what it had to take to make this place feel like home. Kris did a job so clean and detailed that it pretty much left me feeling like I had bought a MODEL HOME! I cannot explain to you how detail oriented and accurate his paint job is!
In addition to all this Kris completed sealing and painting our Stucco ceiling which literally eliminated dust from the condo after it was done. Again not a drop of paint on the floor and not one missed stroke!

- You have to give Kris a call. I had at least 8 professional quotes and chosing the right person for the job was difficult. Kris was the most honest and direct of everyone that came in. He is the owner and the painter and he cared about our home and perfect finish as if it was his home!
