New Exterior Porch and Balcony Railings

We had both our front porch and second level balcony railings redone. Our railings had rotted through - the damage was worse than expected and created more challenges as they started the work. Due to the damage on the second floor balcony (which is overtop of our front entrance roof), Rob had to do some restoration work which saved us $1500- $2000 and a big hassle in calling in a roofing company. The results are great and we are very pleased with the work. Carmor didn't subcontract - Rob and his brother Dave did all the work. They were flexible, trustworthy, and honest. Cost of the project was competitive and reasonable considering the time they had to put in to fix things properly. When they finished the project, their work area in our garage was left extremely clean. I would highly recommend Rob and Carmor Construction.
