Roof was totally shingled in 2012 by Precision. The roof needed repair after shingles were damaged Dec/Jan 2014/15 and then again in in April 2015. In all cases due to wind. No other roof in the neighborhood had this problem during this time. So far I have spent $600 for repairs by a 2nd party. Precision was either not available to do the repairs or was too busy.
Noticed a few more shingles come up on the roof two days ago (3/27/16). Sent emails with pictures to Precision. Inquired if they could help me now. No answer. Not surprised.
Apparently workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. Answering emails is not. Neither is showing up to a meeting to view shingles kept for their inspection, even though they stated they would in after the April 2015 damage. The shingles sit patiently in my garage.
There may be a question of workmanship - an observation made from my 'emergency shingle repair guy'. He noticed something about the shingle nail holes after the first repair and mentioned it to me during the second repairs.
I have spent an additional $600 to date in addition to the original cost. Will be spending more $$ for the additional repairs I just noticed I needed. Who knows how much next winter. There is NO way I could recommend Precision, nor ever hire them again. I have had no luck at all in trying to get any callbacks or feedback or any interest from them in trying to resolve this matter.
With HomeStars permission, I will update this review if any when any more problems arise.

Dear Mr. B,
I am very sorry to hear you are still having problems. When we first spoke I had thought based upon the weather that it was wind damage, later I had sent you an email based upon your pictures that it was animal damage, most likely raccoons. You had someone else come in and fix the shingles with a different colour, if I remember correctly. I have heard nothing from you since, until your e mail last week stating the same problem has happened again, this is 100% raccoons removing your shingles. We honour our workmanship 100%, your case is not workmanship and I had said to you last year that there would be a cost involved to come and fix the animal damage, you didn't like that, but in turn have spent $600 on someone else to fix the issue. I have answered every e mail you have sent and phone call. I do not understand why you would say anything differently.
