I called Titans to receive a quote on repairing/replacing my flat roof. They provided an excellent flat roofer who quoted and installed my roof one week after his site visit.

There were a few complications on this project which they handled at minimal expense. I appreciate their attention to detail and good workmanship.

From Tracy, Kelly, and Kate in the office to Dylan + team, who came to do the quote and work we were impressed with the follow up and customer service recwived. Dylan came out a few times to help us visualize venting and got on the roof to show us what things would look like so we were satisfied with the final out come. The project was handled fast and efficiently. The company was quick to respond and make sure we would qualify for rebates. Thanks guys for being great to work with.

From the time I called to inquire about their services, to the time I received this survey, I can honestly say it was very professional, courteous, and efficient. It was done quickly once they came and they left the grounds around the house spotless. I was really impressed. You will pay a hefty price but you will get top-notch service. The quality of work appears top-notch as well.

As a result of the windstorm in May, we needed to get a new roof. From our first interaction with Titans, we knew that it would be worth waiting for the job to be done. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with all levels of staff, from administration to installation. Every aspect of the job was conducted with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The two young men who installed the roof (on possibly one of the hottest days of this summer) were pleasant and polite and left our yard in a very satisfactory condition once they were finish. I thought the job was done until Dylan arrived to do a final inspection of the roof. This was unexpected and went above and beyond. If you are still waiting for your roof to be repaired, believe me, Titans is worth waiting for.

We noticed that the 3 plumbing stacks on our roof were badly damaged, and water was coming along the pipes down to the basement. Since Titans Roof Work had installed a new roof on our house six years prior, we called to see what they could do. Even though it was a manufacturing problem and not an installation problem, Titans reacted right away and arranged to have someone come and fix the problem the next day. We were very impressed with the professionalism, the diligence and the efficiency of everyone associated with the Titans Roof Work Team.

Very pleased with Titans. Dylan was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the shingles and new style vents. His quote was the best. The whole team were very professional and quick.

They conducted themselves very professional , communicated well , on time and did what they said they were going to do. They did a follow up before invoicing to make sure everything was done to expectations , not the cheapest roofing company but you get for what you pay for.
