Very impressed from start to finish...our first meeting with Shawn to the completion on the job we were pleased.Shawn addressed all our concerns and the concerns of our neighbour.It was to take 2 days to complete but instead they put extra workers on the job to complete in one day.A great job was done cleaning up after the roof was finished.The following day we had a follow up visit to check the site.We had an issue about one of the roof edge and he promptly fixed it.Thanks for a job well done.

When Don gave us our estimate he did not pressure us. He informed us, provided information and was available to answer questions. This is one of the reasons we went with Don and Titans.

We are happy with the work that was done. The staff who completed the work were polite and professional.

We met with several roofing companies and were most impressed with Titans. I did a great deal of research on roofing systems prior to our meeting and Shawn came out and checked all of my boxes. Titans installs high quality shingles and are Bauemler Approved. After flying a drone over my house, taking precise measurements, inspecting my attic and going over our options, we were given a very reasonable quote. When the crew showed up for installation, they all cared about what they were doing. I watched them closely and saw one of the crew inspecting each shingle before sending it up. They stayed until the job was done and after they were finished, the supervisor talked to me for 20 minutes explaining what they had done.

The roof looks amazing (I never thought I'd be excited about a roof!) and it will last a long time because it was done right.

We were referred to Titans through a friend who highly recommended them for our roofing project. Shawn came to the house do the estimate and explained the process to us. He patiently answered all of our questions, and provided a very detailed quote. Because we had an existing roof leak, we wanted to get the roof replaced early in spring, and Titans accommodated our timing. Nicole, Kate, and Tracey were in contact with us before and throughout the process and kept us informed of timing and what would happen next. The crew arrived on time were very courteous. The roof replacement and insulation top up were done as scheduled and the crew cleaned up the eavestroughs, yard and driveway very thoroughly to ensure no debris was left behind. The new roof looks great and the insulation has made the second floor noticeably more comfortable. Great job!

The roof was completed in one day. The workers were friendly, courteous and professional. The roof looks great. They left the site clean. They used a dumpster with wheels so no damage to driveway. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The staff of Titans Roofworks were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. Everything was explained well and they were always available to answer our numerous questions. The "crew" of workers who arrived for the job were amazing! Friendly, approachable, hard-working, conscientious and professional! Clean-up was meticulous! We are very pleased with our roof and would highly recommend Titans to others.

Titans Roofworks installed a new roof and attic insulation to our house and we have to say, they did an excellent job under trying conditions with temperatures reaching 38-40C with the humidity levels. The guys were extremely professional and took extra care protecting our new exposed aggregate. Their office staff are friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions without delay.
