Dogged Garage Door

very bad service, Promised they will come fix the garage door glass, he never showed up over two years, even though he promised he will come back to fix the issue, but again never showed up when he said he will.

TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO DO YOUR GARAGE DOOR -- HE DID OURS & LEFT THE JOB HALF COMPLETED (PARTIAL CAULKING & DID NOT SECURE DOWN ALL THE PANELS). WE ATTEMPTED CONTACTING HIM SEVERAL TIMES -- AT LEAST 20 TEXT MESSAGES OVER A ONE YEAR PERIOD, BUT DESPITE SEVERAL PROMISES THAT HE WOULD COME TO FINISH THE JOB, HE NEVER CAME, NEVER CALLED. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING FOR US. BASICALLY HE WILL TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN!!!

DON'T USE HIM -- WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Called in the morning to replace a broken garage door spring. Booked an appointment for 6PM, showed up at 7:30PM. Quickly replaced the broken spring, tried it a few times and it worked. As soon as he left the wire pulls came off the wheel. Called to get him to come back, promised to come the next morning, never came or called. I called again he promised to come in the evening, never came. Now doesn't pick up my call.

Great prices and quick installation by their three installers. Booked them a week in advance and they were able to install it over a weekend for us while we were home. Showed us how to program the keypad, remotes and everything else they included with the install. Very pleased with their service!

Garage door spring broke 2-3 summers back, called them up and they were able to come in the next morning to get it fixed. One guy came to fix it and that's all was needed. He replaced the spring on both sides of the garage door and everything worked well (at least for a few summers)

Cost was pretty reasonable especially considering that I called during the night at around 10:00 and he came in the morning at 7-8am.
