Oreo and co. did a great job with what they had and there were damages in transit to an end table and table but he offered a discount to cover. Linda reassured my wife that the 5 ton truck would be sufficient...her excuse was that we staged our house and therefore didn't need a bigger truck which doesn't make sense since most people don't throw these clutter items away...we couldn't get another truck and given the distance we couldn't afford another trip...we ended up renting a uhaul and all 14 feet was packed with items that couldn't fit on the truck...it ended up costing is the same as a more reputal moving company...her only words were sorry...we were moving from a 3 BR to a 3 BR and were reassured on two separate occasions that a 5 ton was enough and the movers also did a pre-inspection when they got there and never said anything until 45 minutes left where theove slowed to a standstill since they ran out space

THIS IS ACLASSIC CASE OF NOT REALIZING HOW MUCH YOU HAVE TO MOVE. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN WILLING TO SEND ANOTHER TRUCK IF WE KNEW IN ADVANCE IT WOULD BE REQUIRED. WE WERE TOLD THIS WAS A STAGED AND "DECLUTTERED" THREE BEDROOM HOUSE WITH JUST THE NORMAL AMMOUNT OF BOXES, DISHES, SMALLER ITEMS, CLOTHES ETC. EXTRA CONTENTS WERE TO BE REMOVED BY THE CUSTOMER HIMSELF.THIS 5 TON 26FT. BOX TRUCK IS PLENTY ADEQUATE FOR AN AVERAGE THREE BEDROOM HOME. THE CREW WORKED VERY DILIGENTLY TRYING VERY HARD TO FIT EVERYTHING ON THE TRUCK, HOWEVER AS THE CUSTOMER STATED ANOTHER 14FT. WAS REQUIRED.WE ALWAYS TRY TO GIVE AS ACCURATE ESTIMATES AS POSSIBLE BASED ON THE INFORMATION THAT IS GIVEN AND WORK VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN OUR EXCELLENT REPUTATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
