Richard answered our phone call right away and came to check our air conditioning within a couple of hours. Very professional and knowledgeable, he clearly explained what was the malfunction and repaired it immediately as he had the replacement piece on his truck. The AC is now working beautifully. Richard also gave us tips on how to maintain the AC.
