Great quality, tired of re-buying Ikea stuff. Pricy, but worth the quality. I'm sure this quality will be handed down for many generations in our family.
Customer service was different depending on the individual sales person we dealt.
The furniture quality was nice but the salesmen didn't really seem serious about helping us at first. At the end we did get better help by another sales person and bought a brown set of sofa with recliner. Really love the leather!
We purchased 2 gorgeous leather classic Lazy Boy chairs for over $1600 and was told that it would be worth it to take out the extended warranty to cover any trouble with it. It cost $200. About three months later the leather on the arms and seat started to rip and separate from the chair after normal use. We sent in for repairs and were told this was normal wear and tear and they wouldn't cover it. We pressed them and they still said it wasn't covered.
What a rip. What did the $200 cover. I will never buy Lazy Boy again.
Approximate cost of services:
