One-Way Door and Mesh Installed to Fix Squirrel Problem
We heard an animal in the front part of our roof and assumed it was a squirrel. Whatever it was, we knew we had to get it out and the job wasn't something we knew how to do ourselves.
We called another company first who said they would come the next afternoon. They were a no show (of course, very frustrating when you stay home for them!), so we saw the great reviews on HomeStars for SWAT so we called them next.
SWAT gave us an exact time that they would show up and they were right on time. They quickly assessed the situation and told us that they could do the job right away if we wanted. They inspected the space and then set up a one-way door in case the animal was still hiding inside. Haven't had a problem since.
We were impressed with their punctuality and their ability to rectify our problem on the spot, without having to come back on a different day. Would definitely call SWAT again first if we had another similar problem.
