Valentin was excellent and professional. He called me back (on a Sunday) within an hour. We scheduled an appointment the next morning. He was very considerate with my time an sent me a text advising me his actual ETA. He clearly cares about his work and his customers offering options and advise. Valentin was so great!! I had no water for six days , he came and helped get a hold of the city for me. It ended up being the city's fault so he pulled out and charged me a small amount for all his trouble.

I had frozen pipes I called and left him a message at 11pm and he promptly called me the next morning at 7am, said he would come in and see the pipes in an hour(at 8am) and he was on time. He had the water running again. I was so relieved. He explained to me what options I have and what may be possible solutions so that the problem doesn't occur again
