Will be the only plumber I call in future

We had basement flooding that we assumed was connected with the outdoor tap turned on for spring and the garden hose. Except the basement continued to flood when we did the dishes. When we figured this out Valentine was very fast at determining what needed to be done, replacement of our cracked drain pipe. We had to take care of removal of cabinets and breaking open the wall to the height of the leak but once we identified where the leak occurred Valentine came back the next morning to replace the damaged parts in a very timely fashion.
As an added item, I paid $150 for the prior plumber to tell me they couldn't find the problem and assumed it was our foundation
