Our Bathtub / shower faucet was cracked internally and water started to leak inside the wall. Called Valentin and on the same day we got the approx cost and scheduled for next day. This is our second time doing business with Valentin , in 2017 I got him via HomeStars to get our laundry room sink fixed.
He was prompt and gave the assessment on his arrival, before starting the job.
Rather than breaking the tiles to reach the broken faucet pipe, he opened from behind, the drywall. So it is much easier for me to get the drywall patched, compared to tiles. He is an experienced person, knew what he is doing. Also explained me how to to do small replacements on the faucet cartridges.
He was following the COVID-19 safty protocol during his presence and cleaned the place after the work.
I will recommend him for anyone who needs plumbing works.
